Director of Operations
Alena is the Team Manager for The DeMarco Real Estate Group with RE/MAX 5 Star Realty which was recognized nationally as the number 1 commercial real estate team. Originally from Russia, Alena has lived and worked in Broward County since 2011. Specializing in the South Florida Real Estate market, Alena has closed transactions in both residential and commercial sectors representing national and international clientele. She is a leading innovator in the commercial real estate industry with online media marketing. Alena is the recipient of the 100% Club Award and The Executive Club Award for the volume of closed real estate transactions.
Commercial Specialist
Natalia Tkacz is a residential and commercial buyer’s agent for The DeMarco Real Estate Group. She joined The DeMarco Real Estate Group shortly after moving to the East coast of Florida in 2018. Natalia brings a millennial edge to the team and a sophisticated knowledge of internet marketing. She understands and can facilitate all aspects of residential and commercial real estate to her clients. Natalia has made it her career blending ‘state of the art’ digital marketing, with polished etiquette, and unsurpassed customer service for her national and international clientele.
Commercial Specialist
Peter Munro is a Florida native, born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. He spent 16 years in the hospitality management industry before transitioning into real estate. Peter believes every client is important and takes pride in delivering the best results possible. Peter is known for his ability to provide superior customer service. As a real estate professional he strives to be your first and best choice for all things real estate.
Commercial/Residential Specialist
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Randall is a graduate of ITT Tech with a degree in Information Technology. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2013. In 2020, I'm currently working on finalizing my CCIM designation. I'm fluent in English, French, and Creole and very well networked throughout South Florida. I have had had experience working in new construction, REO, and Investors such as hedge funds and portfolio managers. Randall has also had a lot of experience working as a real estate developer doing both residential and commercial projects. Having expertise as a licensed real estate agent and developer, I can help guide investors and clients in making better-informed decisions.
Investment Sales & Leasing Specialist
Ross arrived in Boca Raton in 1989 from Long Island New York, and he has made deep local roots since. After undergraduate schooling at the University of Central Florida (UCF), and a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales (Miami) he worked as a cook and Chef in several prestigious Hotels, Restaurants and Country clubs until he got started in Real Estate by acquiring and managing income generating properties in 2012. Back then he was primarily focused on Multifamily properties, Shopping Centers and Strip retail plazas as well as small free standing office buildings. After that, Ross began working more closely with Tenants and Owner-User Buyers on a variety of asset classes, often Warehouses, Flex Spaces, Retail or General Commercial buildings, he has even bought and sold Churches, Schools/Day Care centers, and Vacant Land parcels for subsequent development projects throughout South Florida. When he is not Selling and Leasing Real Estate, Ross enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, ice hockey, swimming and lounging, gardening, painting, shopping and cooking.
Property Manager
Bridget is the property manager and coordinator of hospitality for RE/MAX 5 Star Realty. She is a 20-year resident of Florida. She has been with RE/MAX for the past 5 years and enjoys traveling, great food, and music. She is currently working toward her bachelor's degree.
Marketing Manager
Tera is the marketing manager for the Demarco Real Estate Group. A proud alumna of FIU, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Specializing in digital media, content creation, and advertising, Tera brings a wealth of expertise to her role, complemented by her real estate license. Her impressive array of certifications includes a drone license, as well as proficiency in business operations, Microsoft Office Applications, and Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Dreamweaver, InDesign, Premiere, and Photoshop.
Administrative Assistant
Amanda is the Administrative Assistant for The DeMarco Real Estate Group with RE/MAX 5 Star Realty. Originally from Tennessee, Amanda holds a CAM license from NAAEI with a vast background in multi-family property management, acquisitions, dispositions, and renovations throughout the Southeast. Amanda brings an in-depth knowledge of operations to our team, ensuring she provides you with the best results possible along with superior service.
Senior Property Accountant
