manager for their office in Hollywood, FL.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any field and two
years of experience in property management.
Travel required within Broward County and Palm Beach County, Florida.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, and repair vendors.
- Serve as primary contact for tenants and prospective tenants.

Administer leasing activities including marketing, property showings,
applicant screening, lease preparation, and move-in/move-out coordination. - Handle rent collection, deposits, and tenant billing.
- Support eviction and lease enforcement processes.
- Implement marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
- Supervise administrative support staff.
